Bakery records stay on your device

The app stores your bakery name and settings, ingredients, recipes, market plans, costs, production counts, sales entries and reports locally on your device. It does not require a Bakery Market Planner account or provide cloud synchronization of those records. Our subscription integration does not send your bakery records to RevenueCat.

Your device or operating-system backup service may handle local app data according to your device settings. Please protect your device and keep any records you need before clearing app storage or changing phones.

Subscriptions and purchases

Google Play or Apple processes subscription payments. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases, restore access and determine whether Pro is active. It processes purchase history, subscription status and transaction information, together with an app-generated anonymous customer identifier and technical information needed to operate the subscription service. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Purchase information is used to provide subscription features, handle support and understand subscription activity. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and the privacy information supplied by your app store.

App analytics

The app includes Newly analytics, which is enabled in the current app configuration. Newly processes app-usage and technical information to help us understand use of the app and improve its operation. This is separate from your locally saved bakery records. The app does not currently offer an in-app analytics opt-out control.

Newly’s project settings specify a 24-month retention period for analytics events. Technical information handled by service infrastructure can include network and device information. Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide, including any attachments. We use this information to respond, investigate issues and manage requests. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for support.

This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the site. We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, sign-in forms or marketing cookies to this website. Email links open your email application; no message is sent automatically.

Service providers and disclosures

We use app stores, RevenueCat, Newly, Cloudflare and email services for the purposes described above. These providers may process information outside your country. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legitimate rights and security. The app does not display third-party advertisements.

Retention and deletion

Local records remain on your device until you delete them or clear the app’s storage; device backups may retain copies. Subscription information is kept as needed to validate access, restore purchases, resolve disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request and related follow-up. Analytics retention is described above.

You can request access, correction or deletion of information we can identify and control by emailing tagz2121@gmail.com. We may ask for enough information to locate the relevant record and verify the request. Some transaction records must be retained by app stores or service providers for legal, security or accounting reasons. See data request instructions.

Security and your choices

Subscription and analytics services use encrypted network connections. No storage or transmission system is completely secure. You can control purchases and subscription renewal through your store account, delete local records in the app and contact us about personal information. Rights available to you depend on your location and applicable law.

Intended audience

Bakery Market Planner is designed for adult business users and is not directed at children. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information through our support channels.
