These terms describe use of Bakery Market Planner, provided under the SmallBatch Apps brand. Questions can be sent to tagz2121@gmail.com.

Purpose and permitted use

Bakery Market Planner helps you organize recipes, ingredients, market plans, production and event results. You may use it for your own lawful bakery and market activities. You are responsible for the information you enter and for meeting applicable food safety, licensing, tax and business requirements.

Calculations and records

Calculations are estimates based on the prices, quantities and costs you enter. Check important figures independently. The app is not accounting, tax, legal or food-safety advice and does not guarantee sales, profit or any other result. It does not process payments from your market customers.

Your bakery records are stored locally. You retain ownership of the records you enter. The app does not provide cloud backup or synchronization. Take appropriate steps to preserve important records before clearing storage, reinstalling or changing devices.

Free plan and Pro subscription

The free plan supports up to five real recipes and one real market through its report. The separate Sample workspace is available for practice. An active Pro subscription allows additional real recipes and markets.

Pro is an automatically renewing monthly subscription billed through Google Play or Apple. The store purchase screen shows the applicable price, billing period and terms before you subscribe. Manage or cancel renewal in the store account used to purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel renewal. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of the paid period. After expiry, existing records remain available and new creations are subject to free limits.

Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible purchase access. This does not restore bakery records. Billing, cancellation and refund requests are subject to the store’s procedures and your applicable consumer rights.

Availability and updates

Some features, including purchase validation and restoration, require an internet connection and available third-party services. We may update the app to maintain or improve it. Features in testing may change, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Our privacy policy explains local records, purchase processing, app analytics, support messages and this website.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. For help with an issue, contact tagz2121@gmail.com and describe what happened.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Material changes to subscription terms are handled through the relevant app store and any notice required by law.
